Maybe it’s an ongoing inner critic, low self-worth, and a history of poor relationships and a family history of dysfunction that have you feeling depressed, anxious, and alone. You don’t know how to challenge the ongoing cycle of self-sabotage, negative self-image, and how to have a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
